The following document wants to test out by analysis, projections and inclusion, the effectiveness of an hotel as direct influence on sustainable tourism development on a town of great tourist potential but limited politically, Cabo San Francisco, located in Ecuador in the southern part of the province of Esmeraldas, this facility will provide hospitality services in-room cabins that gets incorporated with the natural environment around. Also by tour operators already established, trips were made to the various tourist attractions nearby, It will also have a learning center that will teach various subjects related with tourism, setting intellectually patterns that provides to interested people, the opportunity to develop tourism in the village, creating the necessary infrastructure that will make this town an attractive destination for tourism. El siguiente documento busca comprobar mediante un análisis, proyecciones e inclusión, la efectividad de un establecimiento hotelero como influencia directa en el desarrollo turístico sustentable y sostenible de un poblado de gran potencial turístico pero limitado políticamente, como es el poblado de Cabo San Francisco, ubicado en Ecuador en la parte sur de la provincia de Esmeraldas, éste establecimiento brindará servicios de hotelería en habitaciones tipo cabañas que se incorporan con el medio ambiente que las rodea y además mediante circuitos turísticos ya establecidos, se realizarán viajes hacia los distintos atractivos turísticos cercanos, además tendrá un centro de capacitaciones que impartirá clases de distintas materias de índole turística, guiando así intelectualmente a personas del poblado interesadas en desarrollarse turísticamente, y formando de ésta manera, la infraestructura necesaria que hará de ésta población, un destino atractivo para el turismo. |
